Has anyone installed TinyMe on an SATA hard drive?

I've successfully installed TinyMe 2008 onto an SATA hard drive. Upon reboot after the installation, a splash screen with choices comes up. I chose the default option, pressed <Enter>, and then it hung.

From there, I copied Old Polock's initrd file onto the drive (the one that matched). After that, the system got a little further, and it seemed to nearly complete booting. Then, it froze. The last 3 lines listed were:

Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!
Initrd finished
switchroot: mount failed: 22

What can I do to get this OS to run? I love how it runs off the Live CD.

I hear that you can simply copy the contents of the Live CD onto a hard drive and it will boot. Is this true? What filesystem should I format the hard drive to if I go that route?

Thanks!

I contacted the guy who makes TinyMe and he said it only works if you install from a SATA CDROM drive.

He says he'll try to fix it for the 2009 version.
