Has anyone had trouble with non-reference cooling on 6800 Ultras?

Suppose I should have asked this earlier. Has anyone had any trouble with ASUS nonreference cooling design on their V9999 Ultra deluxe video card? It is a single slot cooler with a different fan and I think a different heatsink or something.

This is definately the card I want but if there is a serious problem or something obviously i'll get something else.
