I am frustrated right now. I developed achilles tendonitis after running 3 - 5 miles a day for several months.
I went to a podiatrist, was fitted for orthodics, and did 8 visits with a physical therapists.
Now after running 2 miles on consecutive days, my tendon is sore again.
Guess I'll call the podiatrist tomorrow.
Has anyone had any success getting rid of this?
