Has anyone had experience with Lite-On RMA?

My CDRW crapped out on me and looks like I'll need to RMA this. How is Lite-On RMA? Is it good or horrible?

I did my lite-on thru Newegg after about 6 months. no probs there.

i went to lite-on's webpage... there is an rma request form they email to u.
