Has anyone gottent this ThinkGeek star projector?

I love stars, I love tech stuff.. so I figured I would love this.

Anyone ever seen this in action - does it look cool or is it just a lame Sharper Image type POS?

Cool you can logon now 🙂 I have a similar device from them (the cloud effects without the star effects) its a great (IMHO). Nice back lighting and pretty romantic. The one you posted looked pretty cool so I think I'll grab one and find out (look for an update in 3 weeks!)

Yeah, for that price you could almost get a Wii for the kids...or a small pile of blow for the adults.

Yea lemme know how it works! And yes I can log on haha thanks a ton for the advice - I am apparently an idiot who forget that I had my password changed to something easier to remember (obviously didn't work!) before the AT forum software change - I am sorry to have wasted your time!

Thanks! How fitting that it is my 666th post the day I log back on for the first time in months! I hope RossMAN can help us out on this one - so far I can only find it at ThinkGeek - which is always over priced.

Beat me to Planetariums.

These were popular when I was growing up in the 80's with some geeks. The cool thing is you can usually mimic what the sky outside should look like and if you have a telescope find things easier.

They are cheap for decent ones.

The think geek one probably looks cooler on a wall since it morphs.

Was here when I got back from my trip, pretty darn cool if you like light effects 😉 Wife likes it as well, so its a keeper....
