Has anyone flashed their Plextor CD-RW to a higher speed?

I have a 12/10/32 IDE burner and want to know if anyone else has flashed this particular drive to a higher speed. From what I understand, once a drive is flashed, it cant be unflashed to the previous version so I wouldnt want to go by trial and error.

Has anyone flashed any Plextor drives at all?
