I found something I might be interested in ordering but haven't ever dealt with them. Anyone here used them before or know how to find out about their reputation?
 
Only accepting paypal seems odd. Site makes sense now. Link

Site is based in china, so expect all of those dvds to be pirated. Also its like a month old.
