I dont give a bank a headache. I give them money.

No, Im pretty sure they had good reason. Banks don't just do this kind of stuff. The competition is so fierce among banks they bend over backwards to keep you if you're a halfway decent customer. You obviously aren't telling us the whole story. If we are to belive your story, you just hand over wads of cash to them and all of a sudden they don't want your business any more? You must think we're pretty gullible. PAB, once again you've made yourself look like an idiot. An attention whoring idiot at that.

Actually, this is exactly what happened. I made a few deposits and as it turns out, their security department wants to close my account.

No, maybe that's all they told you, but they obviously found something about you if that's the whole story. Things like this don't just happen PAB and you're a jackass if you think we're going to believe you're the victim here.

Contrary to what you believe, banks and insurance companies are not run by idiots.

😕 They closed your account because you deposited money?

Pab, what's next, are they gonna revoke your social security number and driver's license? When these things happen, please keep us in the loop, so we can update the scroll.

Hmm. A cancellation notice NOT on official letterhead, no "Nicole DiSola" anywhere on Google, and most importantly, no answer (and no voicemail) at that phone number.

Perhaps that bank doesn't use letterhead. Perhaps Nicole just got married and there's no searchable record of her anywhere online. Perhaps she forgot to forward her phone to voicemail.

...in any case, this is definitely scrollworthy material.😀

EDIT: I think I've found out what PAB stands for...

Pretty
Amazing
Bullcrap

Sure, that makes perfect sense, doesn't it? PAB logic means you have to believe it because everyone in PAB's world is a fvcktard and they just pick on him for no reason. Poor PAB, forever the victim.

Pwned! And it's already on the scroll.

Do we have another entry for the scroll? PAB sucks at lying to ATOT?

Morons. I'm never banking there again because they're idiots.

Let me guess...you either held an inactive account with them or you maintained a negative balance for longer than you should have. So now you're angry because they closed your either inactive or abused account.

So just for snits and griddles, why was your account closed? What did the letter say? Do you own a scanner? 😀

Actually, the account was quite active. I've been writing checks on it on/off for the past year. Its always had a positive balance.

Oh yes they are. I refer you to the time State Farm took 4 times to measure our roof and got it wrong 4 times.

Nope. No overdrafts ever.

Poor woman... if she exists, she's probably gonna get the ATOT effect tomorrow morning.

"Uh, sorry, wrong number... <click>"

I must say that I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is made up. What kind of bank sends a letter like that on a plain piece of paper, no letter head or *anything.* Not making a definite claim, just saying I wouldn't be surprised.

WOW, after reading through this thread, it occurred to me. Businesses reserve the right to refuse service, to anyone, at anytime, with, or without cause. That pretty much sums it up. Someone at the bank decided ur an idiot. 😉
