Has anyone ever gotten DMCA notices from newsgroups?

Oh, I HAVE thought about it. I've imagined a fully functional mid-atlantic oil-rig-like platform plugged into the transatlantic fattypipes with a light jet airport on it. Pay for it by leasing out rackspace to the... Less legal places on the internet, and don't ask questions.

It'd take someone like me with no morals whatsoever to sustain it, and you'd never be able to set foot back on US soil because you can be prosecuted for certain sex-related crimes you commit outside American jurisdiction which would no doubt find significant rackspace on this platform.

So, can anyone on ATOT finance this venture? A billion dollars at most. I'll volunteer my own life as caretaker.

Atlantic eh? Well with those wave heights I suppose generation of electrical power won't be much of a problem.

Can't be connected however. That is a no no. Put your own birds up there. It's no gaming server so who gives a rodent's hindpart about latency!

Better hurry up! Cargo bay space is going fast on the remaining shuttle fleet.

Newsleecher is my new favorite program (I've used them all). For NZB files I use News Rover. Giganews Binary News Reader used to be my favorite, the interface was clean and easy to use but the version I had used too much memory and had problems with downloading tons of headers. Newsleecher has put an end to all my issues. Nice program.
