Has anyone ever filed a complaint with the BBB?

Anyone? I filed a complaint 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back yet. The confirmation email they sent me said that I should wait 30 days before contacting them about the status of my complaint. Just curious how long (average) it takes them to contact a business & maybe resolve issues?

took them abut a month on mine, then they just basically came back and said "they disagree....sorry, we can't help you"

I guess that explains why the company responded by "Ok. Thanks." when I told them that I filed a complaint with the BBB.

I filed a complaint about a rebate that didn't come using the information in that thread in Hot Deals. The company didn't respond to BBB but then I ended up getting a check for the amount in question from a company that wasn't the one I filed against. Somehow my complaint totally jumped tracks but I got my money back.
