No, but I have called the Florida Highway Patrol to report two kids racing in excess of 100mph once.

I did that last night...cept it went from about 95mph to about 70mph to about 60mph in 55, 45 and a 40 zones respectively...the guy pulled some great moves but I knew a bunch of little tricks and stayed ahead of him most of the time...when he finally exited to a grocery store he honked and gave the thumbs up...that was fun:)

Moron.

End yourself.

Now.

You people are so sensitive...I signaled before all my passes and didn't cut anyone off...95 MPH on a 5 lane highway isn't very bad...I hear in california this is standard:)

By the way, cry me a river

oooo....you *signaled*!!

Wow...I'm so sorry, Mr. Andretti.

Nope, don't have a cell phone. But we also have signs saying "Police monitor CB channel 9"

Every time I see one in the Vandura, I grab the CB, tune to ch9 and ask "Do the police really monitor channel 9?"

Never gotten an answer.

I love how everyone is brainwashed into thinking speeds in excess of 80 are sssooo bad....now that I think about it it wasn't so much of a race more as it was we were both driving fast and finding ways around slower drivers and there were points where he got in front of someone and I didn't have room to follow his move so I passed them in a merge lane or something or vice versa...

You're making it worse, dumbass.

You have no idea how much of a completely clueless idiot you really are, do you?

How old are you? 18? 19? Think you're invincible, eh?

Well, think about what could happen next time you're putting others' lives in danger:

1) Debris in road causing tire blowout
2) Debris in road causing you to make evasive maneuver and losing control at 30-40mph OVER the limit
3) Other drivers not aware of your WAY OVER the limit speed and change into your lane to pass someone and force you to either a) slam into them from behind or b) swerve evasively and likely lose control
4) Misjudge one of your maneuvers and cut someone off forcing them to lose control.

Anytime you travel at a speed greatly different from the general flow of traffic (be it slower or faster) you are a HAZARD!

putz.

Whatever, I'm done with this. People drive these speeds in germany all the time and it seems to workout fine. I've blown out a tire and I was able to slow down in ample time because you see other people braking and you slow down as well because you know something is up there. If not, then you kill yourself, whatever, it's my life. Yes, other drivers are not aware of your way over the limit speed and change into your lane...this happens too and 1. they're retarded for not payign attention, but 2. I know i'm doing unexpected things so I'm alert for those things...and know that they might happen so I always have a way out or am watching for drivers that may change lanes...
Misjudging has yet to happen yet although I'm not saying it won't happen but I don't cut people off plain and simple becuase when I get in in front of them I'm going way faster than they are and won't get in front of them if I have to make them brake...

Yeah, I'll admit, I'm dangerous and stupid, but I don't really give a fvck:) It's fun pissing people like you off or when someone tries to block me in and I find a way around them and make sure when I pass them I blow by

Speeds in excess of 80 MPH are not espescially bad. I have driven at or above that speed, on occasion, since 1961.
Constantly weaving in and out of traffic at a speed greatly exceeding the general flow of traffic and passing in a merging lane, however, is extremely dangerous.

I get the feeling, however, that the reports of your alleged exploits here are designed more to get you acceptance among your peers than to actually tell us anything about your driving skill, or lack thereof.

Actually it was to see the reaction of those who would post in this thread because I knew what type of people would post in response to this. Yeah, I'll admit it's dangerous...but it's not as bad as some people would lead you to believe like it's inevitable you're going to kill someone. Passing in a merge lane I would argue is less dangerous than weaving in and out because weaving in and out other drivers aren't necessarily aware of what you're doing...if you pass in a merge lane you make sure no ones coming in on an on ramp and get in front of 1 car like a normal merge. It's not safe but I'd say weaving in and out of traffic is more dangerous...

BWA HA HA HA what a fvcking numbskull you are!!

Other drivers are retarded for changing into your lane because they see you back a tenth of a mile and then, WHAM! You're on their ass because you're going 95??? You are unbelievable!!

Also, yes, people travel at speeds >80mph in Germany but I seriously doubt you've driven there. I have. People obey the rules of the road. They keep right except to pass AND they don't travel at speeds like that if there is heavy traffic. They use their hazards when traffic gets congested or there's a disabled vehicle in the emergency lane. It's FAR different from here in the States where we have to deal with idiots like you.

You say you don't give a fvck. Well, that's just great. You'll change your tune in a nanosecond the minute you cause a serious accident or are in one yourself.

You are really a clueless wonder.

BS. You posted because you thought you could brag a little and get a little back-slapping.

Well, you're in the wrong place for that, moron.

And, if you pass in a merge lane, you are doing something incredibly stupid and wrong to begin with! Well, unless you have to swerve to avoid an accident, debris, animal in the road, etc.

Merge lanes are for, wow...guess what? Merging!

Moron.

Dear lord.... does stupid hurt? It's just pointless.

You can be as aware as the almighty, but you can't control what other people do on the roads. They should be able to use the roads reasonably expecting what all they'll come up against.

Jackass.

edit: And don't give yourself so much credit. I'm not riled up in the least. It just makes me shake my head and think "what a moron". Doubly so because you're now claiming to have dropped your load of flamebait here hoping to get people all pissed. Even if that were the desired outcome, it's not what you're getting.

You just have no idea how clueless you are. You think you're invincible. You're not.

Besides, I thought you were "done with this"?

Yeah I am done with this now...I know I'm dangerous I hear it from my girlfriend all the time in fact she makes a rule when she's in the car with me that I have to go no more than 10 over, yes I know I'm not invincible I just really don't care...

But anyways, I knew there'd be tons of people who hate aggressive drivers and I wanted to see what they'd say

I did that last night...cept it went from about 95mph to about 70mph to about 60mph in 55, 45 and a 40 zones respectively...the guy pulled some great moves but I knew a bunch of little tricks and stayed ahead of him most of the time...when he finally exited to a grocery store he honked and gave the thumbs up...that was fun

I hope you don't kill anyone else in the inevitable crash.

No, but I have called the Florida Highway Patrol to report two kids racing in excess of 100mph once.

I did 105 in a 55 last night. Where were you?

Actually it was to see the reaction of those who would post in this thread because I knew what type of people would post in response to this. Yeah, I'll admit it's dangerous..but it's not as bad as some people would lead you to believe like it's inevitable you're going to kill someone.
I really can't think of anything more I can say to you at this point.
You have made up your mind that you are invincible - I just hope that the passengers of the car that you take out are as fortunate.

And please feel free to contact me with your 'attitude modification' after you have completed 42+ years of safe driving.
That's the point at which I am now, and I did some sanctioned racing 'back in the day' - Austin Healey, Jaguar, Flathead Ford V8, etc.

Andretti.

Anytime you travel at a speed greatly different from the general flow of traffic (be it slower or faster) you are a HAZARD!

putz.

statistically, per mile driven, you are 300% more likely to die at 30 MPH than at 80 MPH. remember, that's not total numbers, that's per mile driven at those speeds. so speeding on the highway is far less dangerous than simply driving around town at the speed limit. so i assume you never drive in town, since you're so concerned about safety. do a little research and you might save yourself from looking like a putz yourself.

Interesting. - do you know where we could find these statistics?
Could this be possible because so many more people drive at these speeds for much longer periods of time?
