Has Anyone Else Been Getting Weird Calls On Their Cell Phones? Particularly From This Number: 416-922-8653...I Googled it and it seems that it has been happening to other people too. Does anyone know what it is?

It's weird cuz my cell phone will ring, I'll answer and it will hang up before I even say hello...weird! I don't know any one in Toronto too.

I get a lot of random calls from "unkown ID". happens at the same time every day. It rings 2 or 3 times and hangs up.

Yes, it is. Ask them to speak to their supervisor and inform them that if you receive one more phone call from them or anybody using the same call list, lawsuitarity will ensue.
