Has anyone else been able to connect to Anandtech forums with PocketPC?

i don't know if this is because i'm a subscriber or what... when i type go to "subscribers.anandtech.com" and log in, it just goes back to the log in screen. i have cookies enabled... then i tried to go to forum.anandtech.com to see if i could log on normally. i saw the forums, went to log in to the regular server, but after i did that, it took me back to the subscriber log in!

is this a known issue? is there some kind of patch i should get?

log into the subscriber server, by typing subscriber.anandtech.com/sublogin.cfm, then login to the forums by using subscriber.anandtech.com/login.cfm, and see if that helps.

when i click the submit button to submit my username and password on the sublogin.cfm page, it just refreshes to a blank sublogin.cfm... it seems like there is something weird with cookies maybe, but i have cookies enabled and have cleared them before, so i don't know how that could be the problem 🙁

I'm posting right now from a jornada 567. Thought I'd try it out for this thread and because I'm considering FuseTalk for our sites. If it didn't work it would have been nixed.

Are you trying to connect through the cradle pass-through or via a more direct connection like an ethernet cf card?

(btw, while it works it's not pretty and writing this post has taken several minutes because of no keyboard.)

i'm connecting through a dialup connection via cellphone. i have a cable to goes from my phone to my cf slot.

Hmm.. I used a Socket CF ethernet card. I have noticed in the past that connecting through the cradle doesn't work for many registration pages. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be your problem. Which version of the PocketPC OS do you have, 2000 or 2002?
