If she called you a hottie it means she thinks you are hot, simple enough.
The harder part is figuring out if she meant it or was just joking around, and then respond accordingly.

The topic of penis size comes up more often than you think. Mainly because its a topic that both sexes think about and can easily joke about. Seriously, about 90% of the girls I know has asked me about my size.
