Has anyone bought or used 8 minute abs?

I'm curious if that video is any good. I suppose it just gives you incentive, or at least a reason to do your abs and it give you a routine to follow if you are unsure on how to tone up your abs. But has anyone ever tried this for a couple of weeks?

I haven't tried that, but i used 3 Minutes Abs. I'm serious too, it's a great workout.

you will definitely feel a burn because you literally do ab exercises for 8 straight minutes and your abs will feel it

Only using that video obviously won't give you a 6 pack though if that's what you are going for. That involves cardio and weights to burn fat.

HEY..quit hijacking my thread with movie quotes you bastages (although I should have assumed the 7/6 minute ab quotes would come into play here)!!!

IamDavid, MoralPanic, and nitsuj3580 thank you for the replies. And yes I am aware it won't give me a 6 pack by itself. I already lift weights & do cardio 3 times a week but I usually end up skipping abs at the gym b/c of time contraint. So I figured getting a video at home would force me to do it.

it is organized in such a way that even a fat kid can complete all 8 minutes without stopping, so in that way its good. i am sure there are more effective ways of working your abs though.
