Has anyone bought hubcaps off ebay?

Some guy has a bunch of hubcaps (i need a Toyota one for my Camry) at around 21 including shipping. The dealership sells the SAME one for 80 dollars. I asked him why he's selling them and he says he has a hubcap/wheel cover store.

Is 3003 (red star) and 100% positive rating good?

anything else i should look for?

Never bought hubcaps off of eBay...but I used to buy some stuff off of there back in the day. eBay's gotten kinda shady, but I'd say that his rating seems decent.

Are these manufacturer's replacements or a knockoff?

Thats a very good rating as long as they all appear to be legit buyers, etc. Are they oem or aftermarket hubcaps?

I bought some 20" chrome rims off of ebay. total was $600 (including shipping).

3003 100% rating is really good! go for it.

What do the stars mean?

I think they are OEM (what exactly is after market? its not from another car if thats what it means), he says they are directly from the factory.

Blue star = 50 to 99 points
Turquoise star = 100 to 499 points
Purple star = 500 to 999 points
Red star = 1,000 to 4,999 points
Green star = 5,000 to 9,999 points
Yellow shooting star = 10,000 to 24,999 points
Turquoise shooting star = 25,000 to 49,999 points
Purple shooting star = 50,000 to 99,999 points
