i called them three years back when i was looking into getting my keyboard and i was not impressed . some kid answered the phone sounded like he was 11. so i ended up calling the people who made the product i was looking for and they sent me to a site that would send me my keyboard in a timely manner. i tried calling them other times and no answer. maybe others have had better experiences.

I have purchased a Koolance watertower and psu etc. from Xoxide and received very professional and timely service myself with all the parts coming quickly and accurately

i have purchased various fans, grills and other cooling paraphanelia from them on 3 separate occasions within a year and they've been on time every time. (i even got a pair of ugly snowman computer speakers for free when i ordered during their christmas special)
