Yes. If you want easy, set the field to be as big as possible with only ten mines. Eventually, you will get a game that will automatically complete itself in one second.

my Latin teacher would always play Minesweeper (expert) while we were doing translations in high school.

I never play the thing so I couldn't tell you.

Are you talking about hitting Control+Alt+Delete to stop the game clock?
My cousin was trying to show me this today, but it doesnt seem to work on XP. But he says if you hit Control+Alt+Delete it stops the clock then you just minimize the task manager and keep playing minesweeper.
I hate cheating personally.

I beat Minesweeper on expert several times when I was younger. I think my best time was 126 or something like that, I can't remember for certain.

I remember Skifree. I always got eaten by that damn monster. :(:)

Sure. You just keep playing it and playing it, and you figure out that if it's this, then it can't be that, and then a few thousand games later you figure out something else, etc. After a while you can beat it on a regular basis.

Commitment, guys. Stick with it.

Yeah but I normally stuck to medium or beginner because I hated the single screw up killing all that time. We used to compete wioth my dad - who was surprisingly good for his age. Of course he wasn't as good as a text editor changing the high scores :D
