Has anyone actually got the Tivo update?

I got my update a week or two ago. It's pretty darn cool. I can't see my TV from my bed so it's nice that I can watch TiVoed programs on my computer which I can see from my bed.
 
question...is the transfer of shows from the Tivo to your PC really slow??
It's taking ~an hour for a half hour show to transfer.

Is this because of the USB connection?

OH, I am recording something right now too, wonder if that has anything to do with it

I'm pretty sure Tivo uses USB 1.1 rather than 2.0, so the file transfers may be limited by that.
