Hi Guys,
I'm on tight budget (of $100) and want to buy a basic GPS for my car.
Now I've been researching on GPS navigation systems and I've found some unbranded Chinese GPS which have specs comparable to branded ones like tomtom, etc.
For eg. like this one on eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/4-3-GPS-NA...VWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
It uses the same SiRF Star III GPS Chipset and for OS it uses Windows CE running on top of Samsung ARM9 400MHz CPU. Besides its got 32 channels, normally most gps recievers in the budget range have 16 or 20 channels
So would it be advisable to get them, instead of branded one if on tight budget. I need only a basic navigation system...
