I have windows vista home premium running. When I click the link for the messages on YahooMessanger Insider window, it give an error message 'this file cannot find associated program to open it. Change the file association from Change Association in control panel' but when I checked the association in control panel, it is Internet Explorer for .HTML files and for .hta, there was another application. i tried to change application for .hta r to internet exoplorer but to ano availa.

Can anybody suggest a remedy. Does it have anything to do with firewall settings, because when I checked windows firewall, yahoo messanger is ticked for allowing

 
I don't have any insights on that one 😕 If they have a support forum, maybe someone else has run into that bug, that could be worth looking into.
