looking for some opinions on it... it's a host i'm considering... i'm looking at this plan.

if you want to recommend some hosts, that'd be great too... the features i must have are:

ftp
php
mysql
telnet (or ssh)
 
Yes I did for about a year. They were great, quick customer service and absolutely no problems. Of course I didn't have much content, so my page didn't get a lot of hits.
