do you have trouble dealing with it after the fact? like have nightmares or go into depressive moods at times? how do you cope?
 
If you are mature enough to have sex, you should be able to handle the consequences of ending the pregnancy you created. Get over it or spend $1000 in therapy to discover that you probably did the right thing for yourself.

Nope, just saying he should grow up......

I could care less if people have abortions, their body, their choice.....just don't get on the net and complain how depressed you are about it.

You'd be alot more depressed with a screaming baby in your face 24/7.
 
No. If I were to be involved with an abortion, I would not have to cope with the problems you describe because they would never exist, and they would not exist because an abortion is a perfectly acceptable and normal procedure in which no person is killed, and it is a procedure that everyone should have performed on them when they do not intend to have a child or be responsible for raising it.

This is true for all reasonable people, so you must be interested in what those that are not have to say.

I know two women who've had abortions when they were younger-I knew them then and still know one of them. One of them is close to me (not a GF) and she is perfectly fine, she has two children now in fact.

Obviously it will affect different people in different ways. If you were brought up in a christian household with parents who pound the gospel into your head then you'll probably have more guilt over it than someone who wasn't bludgeoned with the Jesus stick on a daily basis.

This. Every-time, I'm not a religious person but I do think that life deserves respect, you can't just suck it out and chuck it away, unless the health of the mother or child are at risk.

EVERY egg and spermie is a potential life, is it killing to fail to procreate every time you have sex?

I think it mostly has to do with religion and how much you know about the development cycle of the fetus.

For a pre week 25 fetus there is no activity in the cerebral cortex, that means that it's dead by the legal definition used to determine brain death in born human beings.

That's what i'll go with, if it would be declared dead as a born human being it is just as dead as a fetus. (and if by this time you have forgotten that i already discussed potential life, just start over at the top of my post)
