I watched Chris Hayes comments this morning on this truly sad, tragic abuse of governmental power and office surrounding this poor kids death. Apparently Chris Hayes said that the charges were excessive and made no sense because they were going after him for basically downloading too many free articles from the database of scholarly work from JSTOR.

Apparently Darrel Issa's office was taken back by the extreme of Ortiz's office and a number of Republicans and Democrats are trying to pass a new law called Aaron's Law to get rid of the clause that lead to the extreme bullying by the State departments office that lead to this kids death.
