I believe Steve Francis was more or less a street baller before he went to a junior college and then MD and then the pros.

I think he means a well known street baller going straight to the NBA. I'm sure almost all NBA players played playground ball, and could fall into Stevie Franchise's category.

I think he played in the rutger(sp?) league.. so that distinguishes him from other "playground ball players".
Also the thing you have to understand in the AND 1 video's of those crazy moves and shots...they do messup and also miss ALOT also... you all just see the pretty stuff for the videos. A friend of mine has been to the live events. So don't think because they have these slick moves that alot of them are nba worthy... There's a reason only like one or 2 have actually played in the NBA.

Agreed that they do messup very often.

I always thought while these And1 streetballer might not be a great NBA stars and all, some of them will bring impacts to some NBA teams with their flair during the game.
