Has Anandtech Been Hacked?

Nah, that has nothing to do with hacking. It's mostly an Encryption error, or restart IE and try again.

I've gotten this in the past before. And each time I can get back in afterwards, there is a new article. I usually give it a few minutes and restart IE and all is well. Its wierd but I can live with it.

but i did get in with anandtech.com, w/o the www in front of it.

I think the Anandtech Host automatically redirected http://www.Anandtech.com to http://www1.anandtech.com . For whatever reason this doesn't happen now.

I think there's some permissions problems on www, www1 works fine. I ran into problems trying to view systemrigs a few minutes ago.

ditto. Just get a "virtual directory" message on www.anandtech.com, but the www1 address works fine.

tried from 2 different networks, all same result.

Nah, its an issue with 2 server blowing their cookies. So the cluster sometimes doesn't redirect people probably less than 5% of the time as most people are fine. Try it now. Let me know.
