Has a EULA ever been challenged in court?

I think they have. I could look in a few law books since I'm sure they would have been appealed if the EU won the case. I could, but I'm not going to because I have way too much cleaning to do.

I just said that I am an attorney-in-training. I thought that was a disclaimer for broken senses of humor!
