Kevin Harvick will not be allowed to race in todays race at Martinsville Nascar Winston Cup race. Aparantely he intentionally spun out another driver in yesterday's Nascar Truck race yesterday. He was already on probation for an after-race incident from last weeks Busch race at Bristol.

So the #29 car owned by Richard Childress (formerly the #3 car driven by Dale Earnhardt) will be driven today by Kenny Wallace. (releif driver for RCC)

Read about it here.

I would have to see the video before judging, but he won't be missed in today's race, he's making a lot of enemies, but a lot of press as well.

True, he's going from young "hired gun" to young "dangerous, hot head".

Still one of my favorite drivers though. But this will severly cripple his chances in the Winston Cup points standings.

When he grows up and realizes that he is not Earnhardt reborn, he'll make a good driver and probably win a lot of races.

My, how profound...........wonder how long it took you to come up with that. Hope you didn't strain yourself too much.

Well said. The world already has an Dale Earnhardt Jr, and we don't need another one. I hope that he's rethinking his excessively aggressive driving style while he's sitting out of the race today.

Of course, I'm channel switching between this race and the Masters today. I picked Woods, Garcia, and Els to be dominating the leader board, and they are still all in the running.
