Probedude,

I'm in Little Rock, AR - the Sam's Club here does have it - I'm assuming most of them do. Of course you'd have to check your local Sam's. They had a limit of 10 per person (?!??!!). When was I there today, they had a huge table full of 'em. Good luck.

By the way, to my pleasure, I just found some good customer service on eTyos part. I actually went and bought all 4 books, but the Goblet of Fire came with a torn paper cover (you know, those paper things they use to cover up the actual hardcover?).

Well, since I'm giving this book to my family as a gift, I didn't want it to have a torn cover so I was wondering if I could just get it exchanged with them and the CSR told me I could just keep that extra copy.

Nice - and I guess it's a lower loss for them to let me keep it than to have to process the return, pay for the USPS return label that they provide, and ship out a new one.

Just wanted to put in a good word for them. First time purchase from eToys, wish all other companies would have such quality CS.

I ended up buying it at Costco, they're right next to my new office bldg so I went there while the movers were moving the office furniture in. $13.99 at Costco in Goleta (So. Calif). They had the other Harry Potter's books there too though I didn't look at how much they were.

Hardback, softback, hard cover, soft cover, same thing Sesopedalian. One is referring to the back, the other is referring to the front. There is no difference.

Huh?
