I recently shot a message over to a person with the intentions of hopefully rectifying a situation in which he was making false statements... in his replies he proceeded to threaten and verbally harass me.. i've put him on ignore but i'm a bit hesitant of posting any more, as it's pretty easy for him to view my profile information and continue to harrass and threaten me through email.. i'm not sure if i should take this to the mods, or to wait and see if he's going to continue this tantrum. Any insight from you guys would be appreciated :)

Moderator's insight -

Oveclockerz has caused more than its share of documented problems for a number of our members. I have read your Private Messages, and they are out of line. You have no way of knowing abracadabra's experiences with them, and you have no grounds to threaten law suits. I should ban you just for that.

I am also not very happy with either of you for posting this pissing contest on the forums. Abracadabra sent us the transcript of the PM's, but I have not had time to reply. We are volunteers with real lives in the real world, and we have more to do than babysit you two.

i would appreciate it if you would stop following me around this forum, i asked you before it you'd please stop, your threats are a bit scary, ecspecially with all this recent terrorism in the military, it's been emphasized more and more about the possibilities of being attacked while off base, and that's all i need is to worry about someone threatening and harrassing me, threatening to do this and that to me if i don't shut up :(, it truly is scaring me, please stop.

Liquidh2o and abracadabra1, if those private messages are the extent of your dispute, I would say that you guys deserve each other. Liquid's first message calls abra an asshole. Abra's first response calls Liquid an idiot and suggests that Liquid should STFU. Not exactly a gentlemanly way to resolve a problem.

Both of you sound like foul-mouthed little snots, in my humble opinion.

Not taking sides in an issue I know nothing about, but Liquidh2o, you sound a little braver in your PM's. It sounds like you already decided to contact the mods (or at least that's what you threatened), so why are you asking about it now?

*Edit - I also see you're concerned he might contact you at your email address in your profile, but you asked him to contact you there in one of your PM's yourself.

Liquidh2o: From the other thread, it looks like you started with the name calling first. And while neither of you should have done it, you cannot expect to talk to somebody that way with out getting the same in return. And you also posted about this in Forum Issues early this morning. For somebody not involved with the store in any way, you seem awfully feisty about the subject. That's just my two cents on the matter.

Wombat Woman - Not like we didn't already know it, but you are priceless. :D Thanks for putting it so succinctly.

No one said you had to share your profile information. Just uncheck the box and no one can see it but the mods.

when someone calls you an a-hole it isn't pleasant, especially when you have done nothing wrong but tell your story about your mishaps w/ a certain company.
what did you want me to do, respond eloquently to such absurd behavior?

it's like being punched in the mouth and then smiling about it.
i'm not buddha, i am entitled to get mad when someone questions by integrity.
