Harmony alternative (macro/activity based remote)

I have two harmony remotes that are crapping out on me and would like an alternative that's a bit more durable.

1. Setup does not need to be web based
2. Needs macro/ activity (Watch TV, Play Bluray, etc.)
3. A little more rugged than harmonies
4. Very user friendly post set up (pick up and go because one is for our guest room and teaching everyone how to use the harmony every time is tiring)
