Hardware monitoring tool

I would like to know a good free tool that will record cpu usage, system ram usage, page file usage, and video ram usage. I want to use it and run a game to see how much of what is being used.

As far as I know, you can't monitor video RAM usage. But for the other stuff, I think you could easily find what you need with Google, Yahoo, or any other minimal attempt to search for it.

If you have a basic knowledge of the MMC you can make a performance monitor that can track those (except the vram like Lord Evermore said).

I dont know about GPU mem, but freemeter has everything else you listed

FreeMeter looks like what I say before, but what I say included video ram also. I saw a screen shot of it a few days ago and for the life of me I cannot remember where I saw it or what is was called, but it looked like FreeMeter.

I found it. It was a screen shot of the hardware monitoring in rivatuner.
