hardware firewall

I am running my computer behind a linksys wireless b router that says it has a hardware firewall built into it. Is it pretty safe to run my host computer w/o a software firewall if the router already is running a hardware firewall?

The Router is a NAT Firewall by default.

However, in addtion to the Router you should install on every individual computer.

1. Software Firewall
2. Anti Virus program
3. AntiSpyware program.
