Hardrive Problem??

Im trying to narrow down my problems.
Heres my computer.
3000+ 64
msi Neo2
160gb Hitachi oem sata
mushkin ram.


Ok so basically everytime i boot it goes to the start windows in safe more, safe mode with networking blah blah. I choose each one and it goes to the XP load splash screen. Then the system reboots. Everytime. So i pop in the XP cd and hit f6 to load the sata driver, and either choose repair or install. It says examinig hardrive and stays like that for an hour. Then it shows a partition which i try to format but it cant
 
Ok i ran both tests and it found bad sectors. I chose to repair them which it said it did. Should i rma or am i good to go now
