I went to Hardee's got a #7 which is a Double Thick Burger and I got it "Big" sized, or whatever it's called there. I must say the "Big" size was a great deal, because I got a Coke Cup, which was plastic so I could keep it, and it is like a liter! It's huge! Anyway, the burger is really good. It is like no other fast food burger, but it still has that distinct fast food taste. It isn't my favorite burger because that title goes to Wendy's Double Cheeseburger, but it is damn good. I suggest you guys try it.

Hmmm....Is it there version of CJ's Six Dollar Burger?

last time i was in a hardee the $6 burger was called the $6 burger

my main fast food place is Hardee's.

I went to Wendy's today and almost threw up when I saw their meat. It was gray. And a geometric square. And you didn't see any signs telling the customer where it came from, so I can only assume it came from the Mexican glue factory reject animals. Any animals. ugh.

Hardee's, on the other hand, has REAL meat, to the point where they will tell you where it came from. Can you imagine a Fast Food place telling you where they got their meat? Its illogical . . . but Hardee's has the good stuff.

Personally, I'm a fan of the 6 doller burger (mmmmmmmmm).

I also think their fries are the best.

its just an all around good deal.

Although, I can't fit anything other than their 'small' soda into my car's cupholders, so I always gotta go small (which is the same size as a McDonald's large was 5 years ago. With free refills at the fountain. wooo!)

Edit: Hardee's is NOT a trend towards quality over quantity. It is a trend towards quality over cheap/fast.

I mean, hardee's was the first place I ever saw a burger bigger than a half-pound (2/3 lbs!!!). (then I went to wendy's and saw the 3/4 pounder. But its all gray) It IS quality, and it IS quantity (does McD's have a 2/3 pounder?). It is not the cheapest or the fastest, though, so thats where its changing. personally, I'm glad they are changing. Good to have such a nice place between eat in long wait resturants and drive through precooked fast food joints (steak'n'shake has better food, but you can't eat lunch there in .5 hour.

GRAY meat? WTF? I've been to Wendy's many times and never seen "gray" meat, although I have to admit the square patties are a bit strange.

McDonald's doesn't offer any larger burgers than the Double QuarterPounder. I'd imagine that they would get sued by some fat people if they offered anything larger 🙂

HAHAHA, I thought I was one of the only people who CAN eat one of those. There needs to be some kind of club for those who can eat the Hardees 2/3 pound burger, the Triple Classic, the Double Whopper and the Big Mac.

Ahhhhh, they have it....they call it the cardiac ward...damn....

Oh yeah, the six dollar burger is where it is at. Those just absolutely kill anything from mcdonalds. I can't believe all you guys who like wendy's and their square burgers.

I still haven't decided if I like Hardees six dollar burger or B'Bops 1/2lb burger better.

I hate those Hardee's commercials! I'm glad our local Hardee's closed. We might get a Walgreen's there instead. 😛

I thought it was
Overweightpeople.com
they have one of these b&m near the Cracker Barrel I normally go to.

By far the BEST fast food burger is Back Yard Burger. If you have one near you, and haven't tried it, go get one!
Back Yard Burger definitely has the best burgers. Right now they are mainly located throughout the south. If you see one, you should try it. They also have awesome chicken sandwiches.

WTF happened to Hardee's? They closed the one down near me and opened up a Krispy Kreme (they suck).
