Hardee's has been promoting the Thickburger like the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. So I decided to get one. I went to Hardee's got a #7 which is a Double Thick Burger and I got it "Big" sized, or whatever it's called there. I must say the "Big" size was a great deal, because I got a Coke Cup, which was plastic so I could keep it, and it is like a liter! It's huge! Anyway, the burger is really good. It is like no other fast food burger, but it still has that distinct fast food taste. It isn't my favorite burger because that title goes to Wendy's Double Cheeseburger, but it is damn good. I suggest you guys try it.

Any and all fast food makes me sick. I'll never understand why people eat foods that have grease dripping from them, and then complain because they're overweight, or they have a heart attack. That said, I might try one if it's different from all the other fast food burgers.

I love Wendy's Classic Triple (otherwise known as the Triple Bypass), but DAMN can I feel my arteries clogging up when I have one. ::sigh:: Why does everything that tastes good have to be bad for you? :(

Subway? You can make all that stuff in your own kitchen.

Yeah, but you can't buy that grade of meat on the public market, so you couldn't really get the full effect of a fast food burger.

I was impressed by their thick burgers myself. Much better burger than I've had lately at any other fast food chain. Hopefully they start a trend toward quality over quantity that's permeating today's society.

I eat at Hardee's because the food is okay and they have coupons for some good deals. I just used a buy one get one free coupon for two chili cheese thickburgers. I'm on the Atkins diet, so I take the buns off and the burgers are big enough for a decent meal.

Honestly they were pretty good, compaired to like McDonalds and stuff.

By far the BEST fast food burger is Back Yard Burger. If you have one near you, and haven't tried it, go get one!

I feel the same way. There isn't much. Corn on the cob is good but only with butter and salt. Same with beans. Some fruits are okay plain, but boring.

I try to watch my weight, so I'll only maybe eat once a month. I love fast food, and I hate to give it up, so I eat at subway a lot to watch my weight. Oh and those marketfresh sandwhiches are godly to... without the grease! :D

It's not quality if its 1,148 calories and 82 grams. (for the Double Bacon Cheese Thickburger.) What about the 1 liter of pop and the fries? Is that like 2000 calories total?

jeez....

I had one on a trip back to OH from SC. Best burger I've had in a long while, wife agrees with me also. The things are great quality for a fastfood joint.

Well I wouldn't go and eat them if your wanting something low fat. That type of thinking is why McDonalds is getting sued. You also have to realize thats 2/3 of a pound of meat with cheese. Thats getting fairly close to 3 McDonalds 1/4 pounders.

If you want quality low-fat food, you're not going to get it by ordering THAT. Go to Subway or something instead.
