Is there a utility that will scrub a harddrive clean, Remove partitions.

Have a maxtor 80g that partition magic says is bad even though its been work as a second drive. It does have a partition that I can't remove,0 bytes can't be formatted (don't ask me how I ended up with that).

Like I said partition magic doesn't want to do anything with it,so if there is something that will just scrub the drive clean maybe I can start anew.
 
Thanks for the link but don't have a floppy in this box right now. Think I'm gonna try and load windows on it and see if it takes. If not I guess I can keep it as a secondary
