Aside from using random Tiger Woods 2003/2004/2005 & Links comments while golfing, I usually do a pretty good job of keeping the games in their own little world!!

I SWEAR I don't look at every object in the real world thinking how good of a gravity gun kill it would make!

thats just pathetic. how weak minded must one be to let things in a game spill over into reality? and yes, i game on my pc and xbox almost daily.

I'm pretty sure it was a joke article.

"I just knew the first time I played Burnout 2, the crash part, that I probably shouldn't get behind the wheel of a car for an hour or so afterwards," Taylor said, "because you're expending so much effort on deliberately trying to make your car crash."

Good grief, this isn't weak minded? I can't believe people like this are somehow staying alive in this world.

The only incident that I can think of where game-related reflexes happened in response to a real-life event was when I was playing the original TRIBES and was reaching for my mug of hot chocolate. I accidentally sloshed some on to my hand, and on reflex hit the "H" key for my Health Kit because of the pain.

When I used to play SWG I would often be driving and think I see a Waypoint in the distance.
I soon then quit that game

After playing a ton of Shadowbane one summer (a TON.. like 10 hours a day), I remember thinking 'what an easy kill' every time I saw someone sitting. Once, my class was sitting around in a circle for some goofy calc 3 exercise when I walked in late, I immediately thought I should aoe dot snare then aoe earthquake and hit the sprint button. (I played my centaur druid a lot that summer.)

I still play Shadowbane because WOW sucks so much. :D

I woke up one morning after playing a game too late the night before. I was tired and I didn't want to go to class, so I told myself that I could just save here, sleep for a few more hours, and reload back the time I was supposed to wakeup.
