Yesterday I turned off my computer to install a PCI video card, and when I turned it on, I got a message while trying to boot windows saying nvatabus.sys cannot be found or is corrupt. So I replace the file over again in the recovery console. Doesn't work. I do repair of windows, doesn't work. Finally I'm forced to do clean install :(. Now I'm done clean installing and windows is back up, but my hard disk system is extremely slow. I benched with sandra, and my two Maxtor DM9 160GB RAID 0 when from 105MB/s sequential read/write to 50MB/s. Access times jumped up from 7ms to 11ms. And most of the random write was significantly slower.
What happened here?

Sounds like one of your drives may be going bad.. Try running some disk health checking programs.
