Hard drive troubles

My harddrive is full of errors and reports taht it isn't configured properly. If I fix them more come. Gateway keeps giving $hit answers like run scandisk. What should I tell them so that they will send a new one?

 
GATEWAY SUCKS, never buy a gateway, i am stripping my new one and building my own cause it sucks so bad...
