Hard Drive Platters

Which hard drives have the most data per platter, now?
The F3 amazed me - 500gB on a single platter, about 110mB transfer rate

However, they're out of stock on Newegg and ZZF.

Thanks.

640GB per platter will hit by the end of this year, until then pretty much everyone is at 500GB per platter right now.

So, where do I find the 500's with the highest data transfer rate?

The 7200.12's are decent.. The F3 (which is out of stock) is 7mB? higher though, and 1ms faster.
