hard drive performance question

i have two hard drives

-------seagate 250gb 7200.10

-------seagate 500gb 7200.11

i have hd tune pro installed...

question- what numbers should i go by to see which drive to use as my boot device for pure performance...

these are the numbers i get off the 7200.11 500gb

average-83
burst-103
access time-12.5

results on my 7200.10 250gb seagate barracuda

max-91
average 75
burst 141
access time-17ms

WHICH DRIVE IS TRULY FASTER
