Hard drive Partition

I recently got a Trojan and/or Malware on my computer (probably mean the same thing) and I want to restore the computer, but I have 2 problems.

I'd like to first check my partition on my hard drive to see if the Sony Restore Partition is still there.

Second, I made the restore disks a long time ago when i did my first restore and I was wondering if I could just use my Windows XP MCE disks that I have already and then use the restore disks for the drivers, however, when i put the restore disks in my comp, they don't open up in the D: in my computer, they only work when i use the restore utility.

Thanks for the help assholes.

Wow. A new record for rudeness.
Don't do that again, or you'll be on vacation and I guarantee you won't be getting any help.
