Hard Drive not showing up

Hey guys, i already searched, and the results i found did not help/ I have 2 hard drives installed on my comp, both WD, ones 80 the others 20. Windows is on the 80 and its working fine. However. the 20 is not showing up in my computer. I see it in the device manager, and it says its working properly, but i cant get it to show up in the My computer window. Any ideas?

Right click My Computer, then Manage. Navigate your way to Disk Management then right click the drive and select Assign Drive Letter (or something similar). Just had to do this on a friend's new 200GB drive that he got for $80 (I'm getting one tomorrow ).
