Hard Drive Letter Has Changed

I have 3 drives installed in my XP Pro computer. My basic drive is 40gb and is drive C, my DVD/R drive is drive D, and my 200 gb drive is E:

I also have a built in card reader that sets up other drives as they are plugged in.

Recently, I have tried to install or download things to my E (200gb) drive and the various programs will say my E drive is not found.

Furthermore, when I open windows explorer and click on my E drive, everything shows, the uppermost bar on the screen where the - and x are, says E:\ 200 Gb (F🙂, and the address bar says F:

I have gone to drive management and there is no F:\ drive there, only my E:\ drive.

This is causing me all kinds of problems.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

John
