i have 2 hdd my 20 gig as master, and 60 gig as slave, now everything is working fine, but i notice when i enter the bios, it says 20 gig blah blah name primary master, and then it has a blank primary slave, and a blank secondary master, and then my 60 gig is the secondary slave, shouldn't my 60 gig be the primary slave? did I hook something up wrong.. jumper error?

Yes, you connected the slave HD to the Secondary IDE channel. On the mother board there are two IDE connectors usally labelled as IDE1 and IDE2. This forum's experts have informed me all HDs if in their own channel should be set as master. What you have is not necessarily bad - its sometimes even necessary depending on the cables that you have and the case itself.

Set all the HD jumpers to CS and forget about it. It's only natural you put the HD at the end of the cable 1st, then move down (or up, depending on your view).
