There's a chubby wallet thread on the 100gb Maxtors at OD. A lot of people are saying that many of the boxed drives have a sticker on them that says "20GB more inside!", and inside they are finding 120GB drives as opposed to 100GB drives. Either way, 100GB for $20 is awesome. I'm thinking the deal could be even sweeter if you used your OD Advantage card to get 10% off. That would take the net price down to $90 from $100, and then after $80 in MIR, your total would be $10 + tax :D

Just checked online at Circuit City for that 300GB drive and it shows $169 after MIR.

Western Digital 300 GB $129.99 (WD3000JBRTL) $0.43/GB

Not sure if the price is good in-store or not.

Some rebates will become invalid if you attempt to pricematch, so that's YMMV. Congrats if you do get it in though.

I went to OD yesterday, they had about 6 boxes of those hard drive, only 2 of the 6 boxes had a sticker on it saying Free extra 20 GB. Bought that and got rebate slips, will be filling those out shortly.
