hard drive corrupted win2000.......

is it possible to retreive data from this hard drive from win98?
I dual booted, and the win2000 hd has gone bye byes, but i think most files will be ok, just win2000 files that are majorly damaged
I need to get these files before i run the ibm dft prog to hopefully get an rma number

Anywone know how?
 
Are the operating systems on different hard drives or different partitions? What kind of file system were you using on the win2000 drive/partition?
