Hard Drive copy in win xp pro

my brother just bought a new western digital 80gig drive ,he has a 20 gig which is almost full running win xp and wants to copy all the stuff over from the 20 gig to the 80 gig ,the problem is the wd hd copy utility dosent support xp and ive searched on the internet for programs and stuff to do it but was unsuccessful ,so that is why i am turning here can anyone provide me a "easy" method for copying the complete hd over including the os ?
i would really appreciate some help on this one
