hard drive chooser/selector/toggler

Is there any product on the market other than the Romtec Trios that can toggle what drives receive power prior to/during boot up?
 
Could you use a couple removable drive bays? You could connect them, set your BIOS to search all available hard drives, and then just turn on which bay you want to use?

Other than the Trios though, nothing else along those line comes to mind.
